The Avery Penthouse: Two Private Rooftops, City Views, Sleeps 10

Some places have a balcony. The Avery Penthouse has two rooftops, and you will use both.

Perched on the top floor of a 2022 boutique building in East Nashville, this three-bedroom, three-bath penthouse was designed for groups who want one great home base instead of two ordinary ones. The first terrace is all about the evening: a deep sectional around a gas fire pit, string lights strung overhead, and the skyline glowing to the west. The second is the covered pergola terrace with a dining table and lanterns for long dinners, lazy brunches, or a shaded afternoon with a book. Both are private to the penthouse.

Inside, the open living space is filled with light from oversized windows, with a full kitchen, island seating, a leather sofa, and an upright piano waiting for whoever in your group claims to play. The primary suite has a king bed and private bath; the second suite has a queen and its own bath; and the bunk room is the fun room the kids, cousins or bridesmaids will call first. A queen sofa bed in the living room brings the total to ten, with a third full bathroom so nobody waits.

☀ Primary Suite: King bed + private en-suite bath
☀ Second Suite: Queen bed + private en-suite bath
☀ Bunk Room: 2 full-over-full bunk beds
☀ Living Room: 1 queen sofa bed
☀ Bathrooms: 3 full baths total (2 private en-suites, 1 shared full bath)

The building adds a fitness room and a shared rooftop sky deck, and every unit here is a licensed vacation rental, so you are among fellow travelers. The building is equipped with advanced security features such as keyless entry and security cameras.

You are in Inglewood, East Nashville's neighborhood of chef-driven restaurants, cocktail bars, coffee shops and record stores, with Riverside Village minutes away and Five Points ten minutes down the road. The Grand Ole Opry and Opryland are 5 to 7 minutes away, Nissan Stadium 10, Broadway 13, the Ryman 15, and the airport 11. Come for a bachelorette weekend, a family reunion, a football Saturday or a week of exploring Music City; the rooftops will still be the highlight.
