“My family of 3 had a wonderful stay at Mark’s place. The condo was easy to get into and clean. Plenty of space for everyone to be able to spread out as well as a comfy living room/kitchen to come together in. Mark was super responsive to my messages. The neighborhood is adorable and a 15 minute uber ride to the Nissan stadium. I would recommend Mark’s Nashville condo.”

“Mark is a great host! The place was exactly as described on the listing. Went to Nashville so our grandson and his friend could go to a concert and not drive home back to Cincinnati after the concert. Super quiet and peaceful area, was able to park in the garage, the place had everything you need and then some! The place was only a 3 mile drive to Nissan Stadium so the Uber ride was not long at all. We had a couple of logistic issues on our end and Mark was able to accommodate us with anything we needed and we never had to wait on responding. He was on it! Thanks for the great but short trip, everything was perfect!”

“The property was exactly as expected and as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and neat and the location was perfect as it was outside the hustle and bustle but close enough to be at most tourist spots within 15 minute drive. Mark was very responsive to messages in a timely manner and told us of an issue with the upstairs A/C and that they had installed a mini split unit and had the repairman scheduled for the next day. Thank you Mark for a very enjoyable and rememberable weekend. Would definitely recommend and book again if the opportunity arises”
