House was great for 10 people as we didn’t have everyone able to come. If there were more than 10 the house would have become very cramped. Backyard and outside of house photos are very outdated. All basketballs were trashed and barely usable along with the basketball goal. The dart board only had 2 functioning darts as all others were destroyed. The putting green seemed to be starting to rip up. Cornhole boards and bags were left out in the rain and ruined them.
Had a great stay!
The place was close to the things we chose to do. -two bed frame wasn't even attracted so we assembled one, other needed actual tools. -The hot tub smelled very fishy when we got there, and was dirty when we arrived. Which is disappointing it was one of the reasons we booked this place so adult could relax after kids went to bed. -The lawn care at the property was very neglected. there is debris and small trash items throughout the back/front yard. -There are so many ants inside the house -House lacks a pizza cutter, dust pan, Swiffer. Minus all that our two families with 4 adults 8 kids did feel at home, the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We went to the Nashville zoo: not a fan! we went hiking at Harpeth River State Park: was a great spot. There are so many parks within this city!
