Start mornings with coffee on one balcony and wind down evenings on the other. Sleeps up to 10.
THE LAYOUT
Most Nashville rentals stop at three bedrooms. This one gives you four, spread across three levels so a full house of 10 still has quiet corners.
LEVEL 1, THE GARDEN SUITE. Two queen beds and a half bath on the entry level. No stairs required, which grandparents and early sleepers will appreciate.
LEVEL 2, THE SOCIAL HUB. One sprawling open floor where everyone ends up: a chef's kitchen ready for a group dinner, a 70-inch cinematic Smart TV, a balcony made for dining outside, and a full bath with shower so nobody has to run upstairs.
LEVEL 3, THE SLEEPING QUARTERS. The primary suite pairs a queen bed with its own ensuite bath and a private balcony that catches the sunset. Bedrooms three and four each have a full bed and a Smart TV, and share a large hallway bath.
Three floors, four bedrooms, and room for the whole crew to be together when you want and apart when you need.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Stay where Nashville actually lives. The street is quiet and residential, but you're minutes from the city's best eating and drinking, with Germantown's restaurant row practically around the corner and Broadway a short drive away. Quick access to Broadway, East Nashville, Germantown, and Nissan Stadium.

What this home offers
What our guests say
4.7
106 reviews
Positive: The townhome is fairly well appointed, although the furnishings are limited. The location is a bit industrial but felt safe. It is about 15 minutes into the city by car or Uber. It’s very close to Topgolf, which was convenient since we went there one evening. Negative: Our only complaint is that the prior tenant must’ve smoked a significant amount of marijuana inside their property because the smell didn’t dissipate over the four days. That is not the hosts fault, but it was strong.
We Are From Conway Arkansas, We Had a Blast Downtown And The Property Was A Great Stay Positive: I Love Everything About The Property And The Staff Was Amazing. They Responded quickly And Fix The Garage Door. 9/10 Negative: The Beds Was Rough And The Couch Also But Other Than That. Great Town House
