Both king bedrooms are on the third floor with full en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. For two couples traveling together, this means complete privacy on the same floor: your own king bed, your own bathroom, and your own closet space. The master suite adds a soaking tub plus a separate shower room and a Smart TV. The second king bedroom has its own private balcony off the back of the building.

The quick response is fire for me!!
This was the perfect place to stay with my sister and our families. It was clean and organized with great closets in each of the rooms with king beds. The two separate living areas were perfect for teens who stay up a little later (on the bottom floor) and parents who wake up earlier (a floor above). Overall, we were all very comfortable and felt at home!
Host was very attentive and helpful prior and during check-in.New Townhome in East Nashville with 3 levels of space. 1st (with balconies) and 3rd floors had 2 bedrooms/baths and the 2nd floor was an opened concept kitchen and living room. Plenty of beds (5 beds, 2 foldup beds). Parking for several cars provided onsite. Location is excellent walking distance to restaurants, breweries and bars. NOTE: the entrance and parking is located on a service street behind North 9th Street.Share ride was easy using North 9th Street for pickup/drop-off into downtown Nash.I recommend this place for any trip to Nashville where you can stay close but be within walking distance to local restaurants and bars that aren't as busy as Broadway.
