Excellent any issues was responded in seconds
Positive: The location was perfect just minutes to downtown where we have to drive every day due to a conference my wife was attending also very close to shopping malls
Negative: The cold weather but nobody can do anything about it just god hahaha

We had a fantastic time at this property. It was conveniently located near the attractions we were interested in; in this case, the ICE! display at the Gaylord hotel less than 10 minutes away. The hot tub was clean and ready for use, which we appreciated. They provided everything we needed and more. We will definitely be booking this location again in the future.

Manager was great! House was a little older than expected but place was clean and the games were fun!
