We enjoyed being a leisurely 15 min stroll from Broadway. Our hosts were very responsive.
Positive: Spacious, great view(river, boats, trains).
2 bathrooms.
Good kitchen and equipment
Negative: The Latch app for keyless entry was a trick to get used to- being first timers.

Great experience very close walk to Broad street
