River View 2-Bedroom Apartment with Free Garage Parking

Perfect for a short stay. Positive: The size of the property was ideal, and so was the location, being next to the bridge was a hive of activity and an easy walk into town. Negative: The property had an issue with the air con which meant the bedroom was very warm at night and uncomfortable to sleep in. We did report the high temperature but nothing was done until it was leaking into the flat downstairs. The heating engineer did his best but it was still unresolved when we left.

The location was easy and safe. Nashville is tons of fun Positive: Location was great and felt safe. Bed comfortable and comfortable sheets Negative: Noisy, by train tracks and can heard the other units. Outdoor furniture cushions are tired and worn. No coasters for the glassware. Opening the door was not the easiest.

For access to Broadway and the city centre, this is your place to stay! Positive: The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. Our 4YO loved the walk in and out of the city centre, and we loved being able to park the rental car in the secure garage for ease of access. Once we got our heads around how to use the Latch App, entering the garage, staircases & apartment became a breeze. For train and boat enthusiasts such as ourselves, this location was perfect for watching all the activity passing on the river, and the spectacularly long freight trains going over the bridge every hour or so. We plan to return to Nashville at some point, and we’ll definitely check for vacancies here first! Negative: Couldn’t really fault the apartment at all, it was brilliant and our 4YO had lots of room to play/run around in a clean & safe environment.

Fantastic apartment in a great location for broadway. Positive: Great Property in a fantastic location. Owner kept in contact throughout and even let us know the property was ready to check in an hour earlier than we expected which after a 4 hour drive was great news. Negative: nothing
