Excellent location and property management was great. As long as you aren’t nervous about the homeless shelter or bother
Positive: Property is clean, spacious, and within walking distance of both Broadway and the Gultch.
Negative: Location is very close to a homeless shelter, a very active railroad, and shower water pressure isn’t great.

Great property and great stay in Nashville.
Positive: What a lovely condo to stay it. Lots of room in the main living area to hang out with our family. We had great communication with our host and appreciated the help we needed to get our accounts set up to receive codes to enter the property. Great location to walk to Broadway, Gulch and restaurants and city life in Nashville, but away from all the noise. We would definitely stay again.
Negative: The train that ran behind was a little noisy if you are a light sleeper. And it was a little hard to maneuver out of the parkade exit gate in a truck... Otherwise it was a great location.

The stay was great for the most part and would recommend/stay there again. The apartment was spacious and clean and the amenities were great! The apartment building is near a homeless shelter; however, the complex is very nice and equipped with excellent security features and a guard. We felt safe the entire time. It is also right near a railroad track so trains come by at all hours of the day/night. The apartment does an excellent job of keeping out the city noise though. The only other thing that was suboptimal was one of the showers was very slow draining and basically had standing water in it after a minute or two of the water running. The property manager was notified, so I’m sure this will be fixed.
