Cashville - Near Music Row -Private Balcony*

Great place that we'd come back to Positive: The unit was clean, spacious, and close to places of interest. We really liked the parking arrangement and private back door. Negative: The floor AC unit sticking out the window was strange. The bright white lights on the first floor were a little irritating.

We loved the property and how secure it was. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Originally we thought there was only a French Press for making coffee. I had to Google how to use one. Unfortunately my husband discovered there was a regular drip coffee pot and a Keurig under the counter on our last day.

Perfect short stay Positive: Perfect location and easy access to Centennial Park and Sportplex. Accessible to downtown within 10mins. Workable kitchen with plenty of dishes glasses and flatware. Negative: Frying pans need replaced and need more if you are to accommodate more than two people

Great location, fun decor, gracious host!

If you are looking for a place where it’s not in the middle of Nashville bars but yet close enough to go visit so many amazing places in Nashville. Cashville is the place!! Check-in was easy! It was nice and clean and Mark was great as well. I am a local but had family from Texas come and visit and my place was not big enough. So I rented Cashville and it was perfect for 6 of us. Will definitely be staying here for the next group of family when they come to visit.
