Great stay, fully equipped and centrally located. Positive: Love the location, it was very centric to every where we went. Very spacious and equipped with everything we needed and more. The poker card set was a hit since my brother loves playing it. The garage actually fit our rental which was a Toyota sienna, so 1 big car fit with space to walk in front and back. The host was very approachable and communicative, checking in with us the 1st morning to make sure everything was to our standards. As well as answering the phone when we arrive really late and I had trouble understanding the door lock, 😅. Having the washer dryer set also came in handy with a toddler that has accidents, so we could clean the dirty clothes. Overall great stay and everyone happy, we were 7 staying there and all fit comfortably. Fully recommend this place.

Awesome Getaway!! We stayed at Mark’s place with a group of friends for a Nashville trip, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the home felt fresh, spotless, and incredibly welcoming. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away.The layout is perfect for a group of friends — spacious common areas to hang out together, plus enough bedrooms and floors that everyone still had their own space and privacy. We loved gathering in the living room at night to relax and catch up after being out all day.The house is also beautiful and has such great lighting and decor — honestly, it’s a great place to take photos! We ended up snapping so many cute group pictures around the house because every corner looked so nice.The beds were SO comfortable — we all slept really well every night, which made a big difference after long days exploring Nashville. Mark was also super responsive and helpful anytime we had a question.This place made our trip even more memorable. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting with friends!
