Nashville Estate | Hot Tub + Pool Hall | Sleeps 11

9 of us plus our puppy enjoyed this vacation home in Nashville for a week from 12/26/25 to 1/2/26. From easy in/out of the city to a wide open kitchen/living room space, this was a great house for us. The hot tub got plenty of use, as did the pool room, ping pong table and BBall court. My only suggestions would be to make sure that the propane tanks for the grill are filled (there were 2 tanks but both were empty) and to add TVs to the bedrooms. Beyond that, this was a perfect stay for one our favorite family vacations ever. Mark was great to communicate with and he checked in on us after we moved everything in. This is getting a 5 star rating for a reason! It is well deserved!

Definitely a great place for a little getaway. Came down with 5 other of my college buddies and went to the titans game. Perfectly located from downtown and everything else. Such a nice quiet spot perfect to come back and wind down after the bars on broadway and the game. Definitely will be making a trip back here. Excellent host as well. Fast communication and was extremely excellent making sure our stay was great. 10/10. Thank you again!

House was very clean and communication with the property manager Mark was quick and easy. Highly recommend staying here. Only 15 mins from most of Nashville.

We booked this house for our first trip to Nashville. It was the perfect location just far enough outside of the city and conveniently close enough to downtown. The layout of the house was perfect. Our parents stayed on the main level and my wife and I stayed on the basement level which had all of the amenities we needed as well as outside access from the basement. The host Mark was very helpful before and during our stay. We will definitely book here next time we are in Nashville.
