Beautiful place with great view
Positive: Very nice for a group
Negative: Had a small issue gaining access. Probably my fault because we usually stay at hotels. Just be sure to complete all directives before you arrive

Perfect location.
Positive: Great location as property is situated just a short walk from Broadway. The property was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner was always available for any queries/problems. We had a great stay and a great time in Nashville.
Negative: The only dislike was that all cups, glasses and plates are plastic. I appreciate however that glassware and crockery can be easily broken.

We enjoyed being a leisurely 15 min stroll from Broadway. Our hosts were very responsive.
Positive: Spacious, great view(river, boats, trains).
2 bathrooms.
Good kitchen and equipment
Negative: The Latch app for keyless entry was a trick to get used to- being first timers.
