Positive: The location was great. Not far from the Parthenon and many restaurants and stores close by. Quiet neighborhood.
Negative: Only complaint was construction next door at 7:00 am but the property manager has no control over that.

BEST SPOT IN NASHVILLE
Positive: The place was clean and spacious. Enough towels, beddings and kitchen was full equipped. TV in all rooms was a plus. Also very secured area near everything!
Negative: I did not like the stairs! It is a 3 story condo so you need to have good knees.
