Easy access to many areas around the city. Parking and convenient access to the apartment-HUGE!

Fully equipped kitchen, provided coffee, clean space, laundry, bathrooms (3), the home is decorated perfectly for Nashville vibe. Garage is safe and spacious leads straight into the unit. The area is perfectly centered around all the places you want to visit. Lyft into Broadway was VERY affordable avoided parking fees. Short distances to everything I mean everything there’s to do in Nashville. Would definitely return to this property. Property management extremely responsive, easy to communicate, check-in & check out is easy and hassle free, this is an excellent property.

Property looked as advertised. Everything was great except it was missing a can opener, which he dropped off shortly thereafter. Mark was quick to respond to all messages. Unfortunately there was a pipe burst on the bottom of the building causing terrifyingly loud fire alarm that went off about 20 minutes before our dinner reservations. We were unable to finish getting ready due to standing outside and we missed our dinner plans. Walls are kinda thin and we could hear a lot of people talking, walking, and outside cars/ambulances/noises. The area is cute and we felt safe. Inside 3rd (yes, lots of stairs) story hall closet there appeared to be mold at the top, we didn't smell it or anything but it caught my eye.

The property is in a beautiful location. I was disappointed in communication. At first it was great and then I left my phone in the condo- had no idea what the code to the door was. I called property owner - left message and NO return phone call. We were locked out for about 30 minutes when I remembered I had my iPad in the car to access the code. Details were misleading- I needed 4 beds and this said it slept 8. There wasn’t a “twin” bed in the commons area like mentioned. I slept 2 very uncomfortable nights on a “sofa” bed. I had socks on and could feel the dirt under my feet. No spare toilet paper in the main floor bathroom.Decorative pillows had hole with stuffing coming out, many upkeep things need to be addressed- lightbulbs out, dirty rugs, a lot of scuff marks on bar area and inside stairs. Needs to be dusted. WiFi was unplugged and took over 30 minutes trouble shooting with my brother-in-law to finally find it was unplugged. Had no idea where it was even located. I’m sorry to leave a bad review but I was disappointed being we choose this place to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday. Just very disappointed.
