Great customer experience.
Positive: Great location very clean and nice. Had one small issue with batteries in remote but with in 5 minutes had new batteries at the door. Great response for a minor inconvenience.

Excellent. Would choose again.
Positive: Having a spot with live music nearby that was not part of the downtown madness was a bonus!
Negative: Lot's of stairs. Which was fine, but could be a problem for some.

Positive: In the description of the bedrooms, it said 1 king bed, 1 twin bed, and a sofa bed, that was only 1 room that had that. 7 of us slept fine. I was expecting a little different. The neighbor was great.
Negative: The main area on the first floor should have an area rug for a little warmth and keep the noise down( echoing).
