Host was amazing. House was good. Beds are a bit uncomfortable but otherwise it was good.

We had eleven people, ages 14 to 60, stay here for a family event in Nashville. The bedrooms and beds available made it super easy to accommodate everyone. The common spaces are smaller but had seating, tvs, ping pong and dart board for entertainment. (Outside space would be great in nicer weather!) There is also a park with playground just a short walk away.It is an older house in an older neighborhood - this is not a judgement or complaint, just an observation. If you expect luxury then maybe it's not the house for you. If you want cleanliness, a friendly and responsive host, accommodations for a large group and located just a short drive from Nashville's highlights then this is the perfect house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and I would stay here again in the future!

Very clean house! Quiet neighbors and everything needed to make our stay complete. We had children with us from 7-17 years old and they were all able to keep themselves entertained and happy. Full kitchen use and PLENTY of space for the fourteen family members that came with us on this trip to see Tyler Childers! I cannot emphasize enough at how clean the whole house was! We were very happy with our stay and recommend The Playhouse for your next visit to Nashville!
