Beautiful place with great view Positive: Very nice for a group Negative: Had a small issue gaining access. Probably my fault because we usually stay at hotels. Just be sure to complete all directives before you arrive

Perfect location. Positive: Great location as property is situated just a short walk from Broadway. The property was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner was always available for any queries/problems. We had a great stay and a great time in Nashville. Negative: The only dislike was that all cups, glasses and plates are plastic. I appreciate however that glassware and crockery can be easily broken.

We enjoyed being a leisurely 15 min stroll from Broadway. Our hosts were very responsive. Positive: Spacious, great view(river, boats, trains). 2 bathrooms. Good kitchen and equipment Negative: The Latch app for keyless entry was a trick to get used to- being first timers.

Great experience very close walk to Broad street Positive: Quiet location, but still close to Broad street. Beds were comfortable and everything was extremely clean.

Great location - not in the chaos of Broadway, nice view on the water, and easily walkable to a lot of areas. Host was very communicative during booking and our stay. We had all the things we needed at the condo. Loved having a couple bathrooms and a relaxing area for coffee in the morning - inside or on the deck. Only thing to note: the bunk bed room opens to the living room/kitchen area at the top of one wall so it's not fully private. Not a big deal for us but worth mentioning. Was a great trip and would definitely stay there again!
