Excellent 2-bed apartment in Nashville - away from the noise but close enough to get right into it. Positive: Very clean, spacious and modern apartment. It’s a 15min walk to Broadway but we didn’t mind that at all, and it’s closer to the end of town with the bigger music venues (Ole Red, Jelly Roll). Host was very responsive throughout. Great 2 bedroom apartment option in Nashville.

Great location and amazing place! Positive: Excellent location! Beautiful apartment! Comfy beds, even the trundle bed pull out under the bunk beds was comfy! Had everything we needed! Great communication from owners. Negative: Nothing

Perfect for a short stay. Positive: The size of the property was ideal, and so was the location, being next to the bridge was a hive of activity and an easy walk into town. Negative: The property had an issue with the air con which meant the bedroom was very warm at night and uncomfortable to sleep in. We did report the high temperature but nothing was done until it was leaking into the flat downstairs. The heating engineer did his best but it was still unresolved when we left.

Do not recommend - poorly cleaned and unresponsive host Positive: Apartment is good size if you need more space than a hotel room - otherwise stay in a hotel or another property. Negative: Stayed here for 2 nights. No neighborhood, building is in nomad's land - takes 20-30min to walk either towards Broadway or Germantown encountering construction and homeless folks along the way. Worst part was cleanliness. We found hair in sheets, towels, floor, and a few other unpleasantries. Took pictures and sent to the host. A week later got a response saying cleaning crew takes photos after they clean and those were to their satisfaction, basically discrediting our experience. Interesting enough check-out instructions ask to start the washer and the dishwasher with all things used (which we did) - could explain the situation if that's what they rely on. All in all - a bare bones apartment of good size, poorly cleaned, delayed responses or no responses from the host. Oh and half the lights in the apartment didn't work either. You can do better.
