We were a large group of 8, and the apartment worked well for us. Positive: Spacious, nicely decorated, modern Nashville apartment big enough for about 10 people. Very nice parking garage under the building. Very nice outdoor veranda spaces. High end washer and dryer. There is a fitness center, pool and outdoor BBQ area. Negative: Beautiful pool, although it was closed for repairs when we were there. This was very disappointing to our group. The area is commercial/industrial, although we were able to walk to many of the tourist attractions.

10/10 recommend Positive: Cutest place ever!! Better than pictures! Spacious, modern, clean, comfy. Felt very safe. Negative: n/a

Perfect place to unwind and relax Positive: It was close to everything. Super clean, friendly people in the other condos. I will definitely book here next time we go to Nashville. It’s the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at a bnb Negative: Nothing

First time staying in Nashville Positive: very clean , many aninitty, smelled good, comfortable beds, nice decor, cool patio, and liked the security. Negative: the tolit seat was wired. seemed like it was too small. latch on the bathroom door was difficult to open. needed a hall night light by bunks. maybe a railing for the steps to get to the 2nd bed.

Lovely. Positive: Beds, balcony, linens/pillows. Location to Broadway Negative: The train is noisy, but if you are prepared with earplugs it is fine.
